Like all global organizations, Délice Network has been forces to adapt to the new constraints of global cooperation. While all the network events have been moved in a digital format since early 2020, some cities have found new ways to keep creating global connections and experience sharing. Malmö is the first city experiencing the Study Tours next month!
The Swedish City of Malmö has been a member of Délice Network since 2019. This great multicultural city has been working strongly on their Food Policies to bring as much sustainable practices and social inclusion as possible. The aim of the local authorities is to gain recognition as a European and Global Foodie City.
To demonstrate their strength and specific approach to the Network, The City of Malmö will be inviting 10 guests from 8 Délice Network Cities for a 2-day study tour dedicated to Social Gastronomy next September.
The intense program will include visits and meetings with the men and women who make the food scene of Malmö engaged and unique.
For the participating delegates, this Study Tour will be a unique opportunity to collect good practices and hopefully bring some ideas back home!
The guests will come from all horizons and cities as diverse as Izmir, Torino, Aarhus, Mérida (Mx), Barcelona & Gothenburg.
