The first Délice Gathering in South America! From May 3-5, 2022, Délice Network gathered in Cali, Colombia, for a special meeting dedicated to Economic Development.

 25 participants from 10 Member Cities joined forces in Cali to build the Boost Recipe for a regenerative local food Economy.

Participants had the great opportunity to:

- Understand how Cali has decided to value food to open new economic & employment possibilities while Colombia is opening to the world.

- Discuss the many possibilities to use food as a boost for economic development with constant consideration for sustainability and social equity.

- Meet with the Municipality and the Valle de Cauca region partners who are developing strong strategies around food.

- Learn from local food entrepreneurs who have committed to sustainability and social equity in their businesses
