With just a 3-hour train trip away from Lyon, you can head to Lausanne on Saturday afternoon/evening to experience the city’s Miam Festival taking place this same weekend and visit the “Open Cellars” wine tours to taste local wines.
The festival starts at 18:00 on Saturday evening and lasts until Monday June 9th
We recommend leaving Lyon in the afternoon to make it in time to Lausanne for the start of the festival.

The Miam Festival gathers the cream of the crop of taste makers, concerts and free entertainment, all in a friendly and festive atmosphere in Lausanne city centre during the weekend of Pentecost. About fifty stands and food trucks from the region will be present to allow you discover their specialties from all over the world.
